Quakertown Regional Conference on Reformed Theology

The apostle Paul was clear about the importance of sound doctrine. He instructed Titus to be careful in selecting elders who meet certain qualifications. “He must hold firmly to the trustworthy word as taught, so that he may be able to give instruction to sound doctrine and also to rebuke those who contradict it” (Titus 1:9). We know the importance of what we teach – that these doctrines of Scripture, of Christ, and of living the Christian life, are precious. They affirm the Christian’s identity in Christ. They encourage the faithful by underscoring all of what God has done through Christ. And they stir one up “to love and good works.”

With that in mind, the 2013 Quakertown Regional Conference on Reformed Theology draws our attention to five precious core doctrines: creation, election, the Trinity, justification, and consummation. The speakers, Voddie Baucham, Michael Haykin, and Philip Ryken, are godly men and gifted teachers who treasure these truths and proclaim them with clarity and passion.
